My Story:
I was raised in a religious household where I learned that woman was to blame for humanity's downfall.
That my responsibility was to remain silent, docile, "good," and "pure."
That my desires were dangerous. My voice too loud. My body a source of shame.
That my worth could only be earned through self-denial, self-dismissal, and self-deprecation.
I feared the Divine Feminine for years—
because I'd been taught She was demonic, sinful, evil.
I feared listening to my own soul.
I feared walking out of their pretty little cages made of golden promises.
I feared being seen as too much, too wild, too free.
But I also feared staying stuck—
living a half-life, betraying my truth, silencing the Goddess within.
So I chose the descent.
Through decades of shadow work, deprogramming, and sacred study—
I liberated myself from the patriarchal wounding that had kept me small.
I reclaimed my voice. My rage. My wildness. My desires.
I remembered I was never broken—I was always whole.
And now, this is the medicine I offer:
Sacred witness for women ready to break free from the "good girl" cage
and remember they were always meant to be sovereign.
