Terms & Conditions for L’INTIME

By purchasing and participating in any membership plan, container, transmission, calibration, or offering provided by Your Soulful Goddess, LLC (“the Company”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the intimate, energetic, and experiential nature of this work, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.

2. Payment Terms & Responsibility
Clients who select a payment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

  • The first payment is due upon enrollment.

  • All payment plans must be completed within the first three (3) months of the container, beginning from the client’s date of enrollment.

  • By enrolling, you are entering a binding financial agreement.

3. No Early Termination of Financial Obligation
Should you choose to discontinue participation for any reason, you remain fully responsible for the total investment and any remaining balance. Non-participation does not void or reduce your payment obligation.

4. Access to Offerings
Access to all sessions, mentorship, transmissions, materials, and spaces is contingent upon payments being current. The Company reserves the right to pause or revoke access if payments are missed or incomplete.

5. Scope of Work & Personal Responsibility
L’INTIME is a mentorship and transformational experience designed for personal growth, embodiment, and self-exploration.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  • This offering does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or care.

6. Commitment to the Container
This is a high-level, intimate container. By enrolling, you agree to engage with integrity, respect the space, and honor the energetic and relational nature of the work.

7. Legal Enforcement
Failure to complete agreed-upon payments may result in collections or legal action to recover outstanding balances, including any associated fees.

8. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
